"When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."

"The best pest control service I have ever worked with. Mark is very knowledgeable and good attitude when talking/working with his customers. We hired him for coming to spray our rental house. We had pretty bad tenants who left the house with a lot of cockroach inside and out. We tried contacted some pest control services and all they said were: we dont work in the weekends, we need to see the house first before giving the prices.. blah.. blah.. Mark was so completely different. He, after one phone call with me, and it was on Saturday which normally his company was closed, he understood how frustrated the owner has felt when they saw cockroach, a lot, inside and outside their house.. And Mark was quickly got into his truck and came to see us right away in less than 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with the outstanding services that Mark, MSA Pest Control has provided.
