"I was met with a slab leak as a first time home owner one a year deep into ownership. I was overwhelmed and had no clue what company or what to do. After talking with 3 other companies Parker Russel came in from All City Plumbing and I knew HE was it. He was incredibly patient, detailed and really helped me during a time of stress. I come from a background of customer service and Parker was the best I have had the pleasure of working with. Within a short amount of time I fully trusted his input and professional advice. A couple days in and Dylan Allee came in to help with the full repipe and tankless water tank. They were an amazing team and Dylan was a hard worker that was willing to step in and work long hours to push the completion of the project. He was just as amazing and they were a real dream team. The work completed was amazing, detailed and well planned out. I never felt out of the loop and I genuinely would only reach out to Parker for any of my plumbing needs. I’ve had multiple projects in my home and they are the only ones I can honestly say that I genuinely enjoyed having them in my home. "Armen was available right away to replace a rusted out cast iron toilet flange. We found that the 100 year old 4" cast drain under the house needed replacing. Arman and his associate replaced the drain, added a better clean out to the exterior, rerouted the copper supply line under the house , and connected the water heater overflow correctly while they were there. They also added a shut off valve to an adjacent house on the property. He and his associate were fast, efficient, and do great quality work. The 2" drain pipes also needed replacing but they were encased in concrete and not accessible. They came back another day after my husband opened up a wall, and replaced those too. Again they were fast, efficient, and did great quality work.show more
