"Santa Barbara home Purchase ADU rebuilt/Remodel. ADU was out of compliance and Slate Construction rebuilt with all the accommodations of a full kitchen, Bath and Laundry. "Cleaners were late and smelled of cigarette smoke - cloths, and breath. Cleaners did not come prepared. Nothing to dust blinds with. When provided with swifters many window blinds were dusted on one side only. Cleaners did not bring vacuum . When provided with vacuum only vacuumed something they could see and not all carpeted areas. Non-carpeted floors were cleaned pretty much in the same non through manner. never touched oven or refrigerator."
