"My Wife & I  went to a local home improvement center to purchase some tiles for both our bathrooms. We found the tile that we wanted and asked a gentleman in the flooring dept. if he had any recommendations for a tile installer. He gave me a business card for Divine Tile & Stone. Being new to the area, my Wife & I were unsure who we should go with or trust. I called the Company and Miguel answered the phone. I explained to him what I needed done. He said no problem and asked if he could come to my house and give me a free estimate. I of course said "Yes". Free is always good. I decided to go ahead and have them perform the job based not only on the recommendation from the home improvement center but on Miguel's demeanor. It was a good decision. From start to finish, Miguel was very professional in everything he did. He kept me informed during the whole process. From arriving on time, to performing the tile & grout job, Miguel did an outstanding job. The tile actually came out better than we could have imagined! When he left, I went out to the front of my house where he had his work area set up and I could not find anything visible that he had left behind. Nothing! So it took him a whole lot longer than he expected to do, but he didn't charge me any extra money. He did a great job. He left everything as clean as it could be. Every day when he left, he cleaned up. He was on time every morning and stayed all day. He did exactly what I wanted him to do."
