An ordinary bedroom in my house has now been converted into a lovely studio apartment with kitchen and separate entrance and is now rented, providing income to me. He was honest and hardworking and finished the job on time and within the price he estimated. The kitchen was newly created, including cabinets, tile work, marble counter-top, appliances etc.-"

It was just overall a weird encounter."
