Although arriving a little later than quoted, he immediately went to work on the washer and within a half hour all was repaired. He replaced a main switch in the door latch and worked to see that all hoses and valves were working properly. He was thoroughly professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I would use him again anytime and have his card posted on the refrigerator. His charge for service was extremely good. I thought it would cost double what I paid.
I would recommend Appliance Doctor to everyone.

Owner of business made call; was on time; very knowledgeable about dryer do's and don'ts; gave me good advice about dryer operating procedures. Price was best of competition. Replaced dryer heating element and no problems since.

Our refrigerator was periodically leaking, even after shutting off the water valve. Finally we called for a repair and found Arthur. We described the problem on the phone, and he said its probably a clog. We called on a Monday, and scheduled Thursday, which we were able to re-schedule for Wednesday. A family emergency lead to a last minute cancellation and re-scheduling for SAturday at 9AM, which became a visit at 11AM. Despite this, Arthur was very, very helpful, professional, qualified and a pleasure to deal with. He examined the fridge, confirmed his phone diagnosis via close inspection and repaired the unit as promised, even adding a little extra repair work that should help mitigate the problem in the future, without charging extra. It was a rainy day and he even left his shoes at the door without prompting - a very good experience overall.

I was going to have to wait 3weeks for manufacturer to come repair my washing maching. So, went on angies list got appointment for the next day, work was complete very fast. I was also educated on enviormentally safe soaps to use. This

First of all, he answered his phone when I called the first time. When I called the next day to confirm the appointment, he was not in, but the phone will still answered. It's nice to talk to a real person. When Arthur came to make the repair, he was considerate and friendly and quickly made the repair/replacement. I recommend Appliance Doctor very highly.
