"I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. I Will definitely be using his services again, in fact I already have another job lined up for him.

"I'd just bought my house a couple of months ago and the first thing it needed by a paint job for the eyesore that it was; color as well as peeling paint. It apparently had not been painted in at least 17 years. Excellent experience, the company was very responsive to my needs, including follow-up call to see how it went. The construction manager checked on the job consistently; workers did an very conscientious job, with daily clean-up at the end of the day. A great deal of time was spent sanding off all old paint from the wood by rotary sander. The company identified itself by neighborhood canvassing, and while I've never hired on this basis before, the presentation by Michael was really very entertaining!  At the same time, they also did small but important things for me, such as hanging new exterior lights and installing an outside outlet on the balcony.  Yes, it was expensive, but hopefully will not have to worry about the paint for a long time to come.
