He was punctual, climbed up and cleared all of the downspouts and also retrieved a few of my son's toys which had landed up there. His was on time, friendly, efficient, and did the job quickly. We had two changes that needed to happen that required some added labor and materials, but Joshua was cool about it.  He even came on a saturday to do a final walk through.  Which I thought was very cool.
