"We hired them to install a new driveway and pathway, and after doing the initial work up to re-bar installation, they have not returned to finish up with the concrete work. It has been more than six months. We have paid them most of the contract price but our driveway and pathway are completely unusable. And in the last few weeks, they have even stopped responding to our messages, e-mails and phone calls."
