"I really liked Eric he gave us an estimate over the phone 350-400 to install about 6ft of gas line to a dryer and 15 ft of venting. When he finished the job he said it would be $500 because the pipe was 3/4 instead of 1/2. I did not feel like it was right. He should of asked the size of the pipe or asked prior to doing the work. I felt that I was overcharged last minute."

He came to my house and assessed the job, taking all measurements and gaining a complete understanding of what I wanted. He then helped me select just the right gas log set for my fireplace. Outside, I have a firepit that had an old corroded gas line. He suggested a solution for that, too. On installation day Gary showed up on time and had everything he needed. "Despite the hot temperature, it was mid-July, it went smoothly. The only reason why they get a 'B' for quality is because their installation team forgot to switch on the gas valve for heating(!) I found this out because I called for service when there was no heat from the HVAC unit. The tech only took 5 minutes on the roof to find the problem. I was relieved it was nothing serious and that the tech was honest. Otherwise they would've gotten all A's."

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"
