He came to my house and assessed the job, taking all measurements and gaining a complete understanding of what I wanted. He then helped me select just the right gas log set for my fireplace. Outside, I have a firepit that had an old corroded gas line. He suggested a solution for that, too. On installation day Gary showed up on time and had everything he needed. "The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"
