They moved all the furniture off the deck initially and picked up all my kids tiny legos and marbles that were everywhere in their way. They came on the weekend to power wash everything to ensure it had time to dry before they started work on Monday. They came back that same weekend to paint samples. They insisted on purchasing top grade stain and oil so they could stand by their work and be able to assure us that the quality will retain for several years, which I appreciated. They came back three times after completion to check on how it was drying because it rained shortly after completion. And then they came back to put everything back. Their rate was very reasonable.
