When I decided at the last minute to replace rather than repaint the existing shutters on my house he was very understanding and accommodating. He did a great job painting the new shutters but even went above and beyond by taking the old shutters down and installing the new shutters at no extra cost, even though that work was not included in his original estimate. He has so much knowledge and is willing to share it with you. For instance, we got to talking about cleaning cabinets of oily greasy build up and I told him the things I tried that hadn't work and he suggested something that does, just because he's a nice guy.
