On Saturday morning, he arrived bright and early and installed the new water heater and made all the necessary upgrades in compliance with current building codes. Trevor was thorough, professional, conscientious, and highly skilled--and the quality of his work, from the premium parts to the final fit and finish, is truly outstanding. The technician did not tell the office that he order a part for our dryer, so we had to follow up. It turns out, he did not order the part, so we had to wait an extra week with no dryer. The people who answer the phones are completely incompetent and could not answer basic questions about what next steps were or when or if the part had been ordered. We had to initiate every interaction with them. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL !!!"
