"He caught a problem with one of the parts in the faucet. Instead of replacing that part and telling me, because the problem still existed, I asked for a plumber to come out. He didn't communicate that to me so I had to end up spending more money to correct the problem, which it was more simplified if he would have communicated to me and all that should have been done was those 2 small parts which would have been much more less expensive. When I did speak to the plumber within the 30 days of the work guarantee, he kind of blamed me for it and I didn't like that. I told him it should have been resolved just off of the strength that the work was guaranteed for 30 days and it was the lack of communication on his part.
As far as the electrical work, I am satisfied with the electrical work. The only thing I am not satisfied with is the extractor fan ventilator in the bathroom because it has the same problem with the moisture. I don't know if the air is being extracted out or not.
The getting back is not that fast. It takes 3 days to a week for work that needs to be done.
The price was a little exorbitant."

"This is a multi family  residence, more like an income property. After the use of many years and many cars in and out of the driveway. It had to be repaired someday. These guys came in quick and repaired and sealed the driveway. Took a few days but the final work was great!

"We highly recommend Brightview Painting. They took over after we let our original painter go due to his poor workmanship. Brightview corrected all the problems the previous painter caused that could be corrected. They did extensive prep work, including sealing/caulking where necessary. They re-repaired stucco that the previous painter had tried to repair and then used certain painting techniques to make the area look much, much better. They went above and beyond, obtaining multiple paint samples when we couldn’t decide on the color and painting those samples on the house for us. And when there were a few glitches (there always are even with the best contractors) they took care of them promptly and cheerfully. They stand behind their work. "Granted, the work isn't completely finished, but I wanted to update my review to post how impressed I am. Danny Gold and his crew just completed the tile install phase. They did an extremely complex "wood" tile pattern which looks beautiful in photos and EVEN better in reality. In addition, the bulk of the work and hassles and noise was done remotely while I was out of town. Luis was great an explaining things and even though I wasn't there, I felt everything would be handled with the utmost care and attention to details. Talk about trustworthy!!! Such a gift in a contractor. The tile work cost me a bit more than I expected, but the work was well worth it. They are handling all the extremely annoying inspections (City of Santa Monica slows everything so much!) My shower glass guy was super impressed with the precision of the bathroom. "Like laser crafted" In all, HIGHLY recommend their work!!"
