They not only replaced the center pole and installed the recommended beam, but they also transformed the garage into a beautiful ADU. The work was completed in just two days—actually, a day and a half—just as promised. They quickly installed the engineer-recommended beam and had the ceiling restored to its proper position, while also converting the space into a fully functional ADU. The team was extremely professional, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Abby, who handles scheduling, invoicing, and customer service, was especially great to work with. From the start of the project to completion, she kept me informed and made sure everything went smoothly, even accommodating a few minor hiccups along the way. "We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted.
