"We could not be happier with our new bathroom, thanks to McCormick! Khaled was knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our style preferences. The whole team was great about keeping the workspace tidy, which we appreciated. Now, we have a bathroom that feels luxurious and welcoming. Highly satisfied with their work!"

"My doors did not have a molding piece that held the glass in, it was a solid door surrounding the glass..so they had to cut into the door, to replace the glass.  They had to improvise on the molding pieces which took an extra two days to complete.  After it was completed I was happy to see that the door looks great and I can see out of my new glass...no more hazy views out my windows!!  Alex and  his crew were very knowledgeable, and courteous.  They reassured me that the outcome of my door would be great, even though I had some doubts during the job....I found Alex to be honest, empathetic and eager to do the job right the first time and to make his customers happy.  Thank you!

"The job was during the first half of March 2019 for a 35 year old, 28 two- and three-story townhouse unit complex in Pasadena, California/trendy Playhouse District. As the current and prior/numerous years condo association president, I have had many experiences with contractors, including roofing, painting, plumbing, landscaping, and Chris Coyle is by far the most competent, reasonable, reliable, cooperative, fair and most professional of all the contractors. I would most highly recommend his services. During the plus two-week installation, Chris as company boss was "on top of job" because actually he himself and his assistant were installing/"doing the heavy lifting" for all of the new windows. This clearly illustrates his commitment/pride in his craftsmanship. Also, he is very knowledgeable about the window product/Milgard because he thought it best for this job to actually remove most of the old window frames, not customary for a/this "retrofit" versus "replacement" window installation. He was willing to do the extra work at no additional cost in order that the new window frames were not wide/distracting but thinner/minimal/open/clean/more open/glass configuration to enhance the overall modernization of the complex. I "gambled" with this new look for improving the complex, and Chris made not only the complex look good but me as president as well. Every- one is thrilled by the windows results, even asking "why didn't 'we' do this earlier?' I and the other homeowners do not hesitate at all in recommending Christopher Coyle and his Alta Sierra Windows company to any other homeowner. Richard, president, Oak Knoll Village homeowner association. (Thanks Chris!)"

"Work was done on time. It was well done. It was done for the quoted price. The company personnel were very professional."

"This is my first time using Angie's List and I am very happy with the results! I received 4 estimates for work to be completed. Action Home Remodeling and its owner, Gary Frazier, provided the most reasonable estimate for the services I needed.  His estimate was clear, specific and precise.  He is a professional who is honest, which is very hard to find.  He is not a salesman.
He started work on June 4, 2012 and completed work on June 21, 2012.  He responded quickly when I called him and was always available to take my calls.  He communicated by text, phone and e-mail.  He had a contract specifying work to be completed and cost for said work.
When I asked for additional work to be done or upgrades, he was very accommodating.  He completed all tasks and I was impressed with all of the work he and his team did.  His attention to detail and abilities exceeded my expectations.  I had to wait five weeks until insurance paid me to start repairs and when I hired Action Home, I was worried about time to complete work and when I would finally get back in my home.  I was expecting problems, but I did not have any with Gary. Gary's time estimate and work product are second to none and I recommend his services highly.
During the first week, he had all of the walls back in my house and started the difficult task of fixing damage to the master bath, which has marble flooring and wall coverings.  He went out of his way to find matching marble tile (a difficult task and one I appreciate so much) and he even copied a decorative marble pattern to match other parts of bathroom and cut marble to make it all work.  He re-textured the bathroom walls, installed WonderBoard, primed and painted rooms, put in new molding in all of the rooms and hallway.  He was very accommodating, and although he did increase his original estimate due to the fact that I wanted to upgrade the base molding and door casings, his costs were reasonable.  I purchased the wood molding and he had to seal. prime and paint it.  It came out beautifully.
After I saw molding, I wanted to put in new door casings that were upgraded and Gary gave me a new contract to do that work and the original time estimate of two weeks was extended by a few more days.  The doors casings had to be chalked, primed and painted.  When I wanted to add lighting to the hallway, he was able to provide that service as well and he did an excellent job.
Basically, I had to very reluctantly remodel my home due to severe water damage caused by a pipe breaking. Overall, this was a very good experience during a very difficult time and I definitely would use his services again in the future."

"The project was done promptly and went smoothly. I would recommend however that all details be delineated. There was a miscommunication about the existing window framing that was resolved easily...But would have been easier if clearer in the project specs."

"Classic Remodeling does quality construction. We recommend this company. Our personal project manager was more than helpful in solving design problems and communicating with us. The construction workers were considerate, professional, and friendly. The final result is a beautiful fully functioning and open kitchen and our absolute partnership with them for any future remodeling or construction needs we may have again."

"We couldn’t be more happy and satisfied with the renovation work of Michael and his crew at Venetian Builders. Michael’s capability and skills of all the stages in the remodeling that was done to our master bathroom helped us to make the entire work process go very efficiently. Michael was very easy-going with our questions and comments while his suggestions were a huge plus as well. He was also very alert when it came to our agreed budget. We were happy with all the attention that Michael’s crew gave to our house while they were working on the master bathroom renovation project. They covered everything up and down the stairs and hallways and used plastic sheets around the bathroom to block any release of dust. Michael had a very loyal and expert crew who stayed in focus on our house only and they didn’t do anything else other than that. They arrived on time each day during the week and they left the house no earlier than 5pm after they cleaned and organized their tools every time before. This type of working rules gave them the ability to finish our project on time with no extra delays. Michael was at the house everyday supervising the work and he was always available for our notes. We love our new master bathroom and we highly recommend Venetian Builder’s to anyone who is considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel."

"Overall, we like their service, and would like to recommend to others. I first got referral about Dino through a friend's sister. We interview about 5 vendors, how we decided to hired Precise Builders because Dino show us the very detail drawing on computer and made some really good suggestions that other contractors did not even mentioned , or say not able to do, and the cost seems reasonable even not the cheapest , he also brought us attention those items not included in his estimate`but we should expect to spend ,such as shower room doors, garden window ,appliances if we planned to buy new items.. etc.. (after we signed the contract we found the company also prepared the list.) which is great , some other contractor did not brought it up even it's our own responsibility, so we kind know the expense mighty be. We checked the review from Angie's list as we always do . because we wanted to know how others said. On the top of the above , Dino took efforts to find the color of the cabinet which I told him I care very much about it. When the project started, Andres was in charge, Andres is a very good team leader and he had very good team members, hard working, happy workers, and they were willing to match with our schedule , it made our life much easier. and he was very responsible , anything happened, he tried to made arrangement to be here, very patience and calm . The office people, such as Kareen always follow up and took care of us, always follow up even minor issues. So we always know where we are. The project were pretty much on schedule, only few days behind, we consider that was very good... Also, no surprise payment , even there was a very minor disagreement, but they well taken care.. the project completed totally within our plan. We were happy with our decision , but we do have few little suggestions: we believe Dino tried to make our life easier to brought vendors to us ( Counter top, bathroom tiles, shower room tiles etc)but, to think it over, we would rather go visit different show rooms, To see the chart or samll pieces sample are so different then see the display , we would be able to make even better choices .. The shower room high light was totally shocked me when the worker started to installed, Dino was far away , the vendor got upset and just said it was my choices, yes, it was my choices and I was exciting to see the small sample by then. but a no imagination people like me, I wished I could see a display rather then just small pieces. The shower room turn out ok, but it was pretty scary at the time. Of course , kitchen cabinet maker was only sample, but luckily, not only ourselves but all friends visited compliment the color , the cabinet maker ( Michael ? sorry can not remember his name) was really awesome and responsible and willing to made true suggestion according to his experiences ( not just to say what we like to hear) to the detail such as pulls and knobs, those looks tiny but also such high light for the kitchen , we are totally happy with him. We also glad that we hired Dino, thanks for our friend's referral . we would happy to recommend him to others. but, Before we almost complicate the project, I asked Dino to gave us an estimate for our 2nd bed room's bathroom and if he can recommend a person to fix our sun room window , he never took effort to do so, we are not sure if he was too busy or he did not think we will do it any time soon. But, at end, we would like to say. Yes, we are happy for the project, happy to work with Dino, Andres and his team , Kareen in the office . We love our new kitchen and guest bathroom."
