Sonny's was also the best of the three price quotes I got. Negatives. After redundantly stating that we wanted a purely matte finish, we came home to floors with a shine. Satin sealant was used when we wanted purely matte. My wife is heartbroken. Also, we came home and found a few doors left open/unlocked."
