"Natural Vibrations Inc. just completed our second project with them, conversion of a 1960s rumpus room into a junior ADU, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining space. It required thoughtful design, placement of lengthy sewer and water lines, extensive new electrical work, addition of a window, HVAC heat pump system, removal and replacement of new sheetrock, insulation, porcelain flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, fine carpentry including custom shelving, restoration of antique stained glass windows, tiling, and a versatile lighting system with spectrum-adjustable LED illumination. It wasn't easy job, I had some special requests and I also contacted some other contractors, but Sky Tech Builders gave me best offer, competitive price and they knew exactly what I wanted to do. The project started on time, soon after we signed a contract. Sky Tech Builders team were extremely professional, quick, efficient and respectful to my home. They also cleaned after themselves at the end of every working day. The project was finished ahead of schedule, there were no issues, everything went perfect and final results are excellent. "Scott loves a challenge and thank God because I inadvertently handed him one. What started as a simple changing of hinges on a door from single action to double action became much more than that. As he took the hinges off we noticed all sorts of unevenness in how they were originally mounted so he had to drill and chisel new channels just to make sure everything was even and then further “sculpt” the channels to accommodate the double action hinge. So not only did he get the handyman stuff done effectively but he did it in a very artistic way and seemed very pleased to have a job that he really had to get creative on. And in the end the job went 2 hours 15 minutes and he charged me for exactly that (no rounding-up funny business) Scott was great and I HIGHLY recommend him especially if the job requires someone who needs to think on their feet."
