"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

This is my 3rd plumbing problem in the last 2 years and I have been happy each time I have called Big Angelo's.

Paid for "Big Deal".  First off, company was very difficult to get a hold of.  Called company to schedule, number no longer in service without forwarding information.  After calling Angie's List and asking for help, was able to get new number, but it just went to a machine, eventually got call back and after phone tag able to schedule.  They showed up on time.  The were unable to figure out how to get furnace cover open - not a good sign.  It was simple plastic clips, I figured it out for them.  

After completing the job, they told me all was well, I asked if there was anything I needed to know or do and they said "nope, all good!" and they left after turning the heat back on.  Later in the day, I went down to check the status.  WATER ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND SOAKING INTO MY THINGS.  They neglected to reconnect the humidifier drain before turning the heat back on.  Also, several registers were not vacuumed nor seated properly back in their places - left completely dusty.  Furnace and vent rattled - able to fix by readjusting things a bit.  Floor was left dirty with their mess, despite them having a vacuum on hand they did not clean up after themselves.  Very sloppy service, would never recommend hiring.

Followup:

They contacted me after noticing my "F" review, and asked how they could make things right.  They came to my house, cleaned up the parts left dirty, and threw in a cleaning of my dryer duct.  I changed the review to a "C"."
