"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I worked with Juan who was dispatched by Joe (who answered quickly and set a reasonable window for arrival). Juan arrived rather quickly - more importantly, he found our place here in Prunedale, which can be a challenge. The break was obvious to see as I had already excavated to the area, but we still needed to clear out additional room for the repair. The water line was just over 4 feet deep, but between the two of us, we had a hole cleared in about 20 minutes.
The break (in a spigot T) was removed, and although Juan did not have the expansion pipe in his truck, it was a quick jaunt to the big box and he was back. A little more dirt removal, and the fix was in... we waited 20 minutes for the cement to set, then opened the tank valve - no leak!. Juan stuck around to make sure there was no dirt or debris blocking the pipe - he did a great job cleaning out the pipes prior to repair.
All in all, great response time, great work, and a very reasonable bill - especially for a holiday! Thanks Juan and Joe!
