Once you move on to the revision process you get to revise your designs three times included in the price! "We were pleased with the quality of the work. We can only vouch for the above three items, but the contractor has been doing work in northern California for many years, and seems very experienced. He was prompt and polite, and very conscientious.I think we got our money's worth, as the drywall and carpentry exterior work required skilled labor. In fact, the contractor was not able to complete the job in one day, and returned the next day to finish. This added a few more hours, which he included in the $295 we had prepaid. I had a couple of smaller jobs (caulking and varnishing a couple of floor boards) that we didn't have time for. 
I have no complaints, and would use this company again for handyman-type work without hesitation. One tip that I wish I had known in advance, is to have the contractor see the job beforehand, itemize the materials needed in advance, and purchase everything BEFORE coming to do the work. This would have saved us time, because several trips were made the day of.

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
