"Working with Martin and JR’s Painters was a wonderful experience, start to finish. Martin was on time for every appointment—from giving us an estimate to each day he and his crew came to work on the house. The price he gave us was quite fair, and the work completed was excellent. Martin was very clear from the start about what he would do—from caulking cracks and gaps (that had never been filled in all the years our 1958-built ranch has been around) to small stucco repairs to prep and painting. And he followed the plan exactly. JR’s is truly is a family business, too. Martin and his son were there every day—and some days his niece and sister-in-law helped out as well. The whole crew was incredibly neat, soft-spoken, cheerful and professional. Martin appears to be a great boss who is teaching the next generation of painters important skills. "Josh painted the cabinets in my rather large kitchen as well as my front door and shutters. Josh was very prompt, courteous and professional. Not to mention his price was the absolute best. He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem.
