"Before we could connect a new clothes dryer, we needed to replace our old spring-loaded gas valve with updated shut-off valve. Also, needed new flex aluminum vent, rigid under house. Alvin at All Season responded quickly. He and his co-worker came out, checked work to be done, and got right on it! Alvin also recommended that we change out old drain stand pipe to 2" for the new clothes washer. So we had him do that, too. We asked Alvin to check our water heater settings.
