They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. He cleaned and handled them at no extra charge. Granted it took him an extra few minutes to perform the small task, he went above and beyond and that makes me confident in avoiding future issues. "Jason envisioned our kitchen floor to be in good shape (as it looked). However, after completing the work, he was not happy with it and explained that the old (1950s) floor had too much moisture, causing some areas to not absorb the finish as well. He refinished the floor a second time with a larger finisher (3 different levels of sandpaper!) at no additional cost. We are happy with the work. I think it tells a lot about someone on a project that doesn’t go as planned. Following up and making it right is very important. We would definitely hire Jason again."

They came back a second day in order to do all the work that was needed , as well as some additional work I requested to be done. They fixed my cast iron drain riser, installed a water line for my new Fridge, ice maker.
