"It was a wonderful experience.  We knew our garbage disposal was kaput based on research we had done (one of the washers had disintegrated and water was pouring out into our cabinet).  When we called Duncan to install the disposal we purchased he dropped everything and came right over.  It was dinner time and a weekday, so we weren't expecting him to accommodate us that evening, but he did. 
Some of the piping did not fit properly, so he went out to his truck and cut his own PVC pipes to fit to solve the issue.  He even went so far as to take a few minutes to entertain our 2 1/2 year old daughter by giving her some plumbing putty and showing her how to mold mini-pizzas with it.  She got a big kick out of that.
