"Chris is a hard worker who does quality work. He worked through the Holiday weekend. He replaced all the windows the first day and came back the next day to finish all the trim work. They were vinyl replacements for old aluminum windows. This is the second time we hired him. He replaced two large sliding glass doors for us 5 years ago, so not only would I hire him again but I did hire him again. We received 2 other quotes and Chris came in the lowest by far. He's basically a one man show which I think allows him to keep his overhead low and the savings is passed on to the customer. He uses Milgard windows and they look and work great. We looked at other products and the Milgard looked to be as good as any other. No regrets."

"What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. "Woke up one night to a shattering noise, which was one of the glass shower walls crashing to the floor.  Called several other businesses to replace the glass, but their initial estimates were well over the Silver Shower Door estimates.  And since we are considering a bathroom remodel, it really didn't matter too much about quality, as much as cost.  They came out to get the measurements, and ordered the piece of glass.  When the glass came in, there was a scratch in the glass, and they had to re-order.  I said the scratch was OK since we were going to remodel anyway, but they insisted of re-ordering.  So, a couple of days later, they came back with the new glass, which was an excellent piece of glass; didn't see any drop in quality from the existing glass.  Installation was done in a snap.  They also replaced a splash guard at the bottom of the shower door at no additional cost, and were willing to reverse the door hinges, which were originally installed backwards, but since the door was functional, we chose not to have the hinges reversed.  Good company.  Would definitely use then again.
