Whatever your home needs, I’m the man to help you see it done. If you own a home you've probably encountered a really thorny puzzle. There are contractors. They’re just the right people for medium to large home projects employing one to many highly skilled workers. For this man’s expertise you’ll pay top dollar. On the other hand there are day workers you can pick up outside of Home Depot. These folks are just perfect for unskilled small home projects. They’re men who’ll work very hard, but who have limited skills and little training. Thankfully they’re inexpensive. The general contractors attention to detail, quality and sticking to build schedules went far beyond what we expected. Our build was due to a fire loss and as such required close coordination between insurance adjusters and the general contractor. Infinity construction established a great repor with the adjusters and the process went very smoothly. Single and double garage doors have pros and cons, but it's all based on personal preference regarding which one is better for you. Two single garage doors give you more control over airflow entering your garage but double the system, which means double the upkeep cost. 

On the other hand, two-car double garage doors are more convenient but can stop you from leaving if a piece of hardware malfunctions.

The amount of paint needed to cover a two-car garage floor depends on the surface area and the product's coverage rate. On average, a standard two-car garage floor measures 400 to 500 square feet. Coverage ranges from 100 to 200 square feet per gallon for epoxy paint, depending on the product and application method. After some quick math, you may need 2 to 5 gallons of epoxy paint with two coats to cover a two-car garage floor. 

You should let your initial paint job dry at least 12 hours before opening the door. Check your work after 12 hours have passed to confirm there are no uneven patches, or signs of the old paint showing though—if you see any, we recommend applying a second coat of paint and waiting an additional 12 hours for it to dry. 

Garage door freezing is prompted by snowfall and freeze/thaw cycles instead of the temperature. If you get a lot of moisture around the garage door, whether from rain or melting snow, and temperatures quickly drop below freezing (32 degrees Fahrenheit) at night, that’s a recipe for a frozen garage door. Winters with steep temperature drops overnight are more likely to create this problem, especially low temperatures to sustain a freeze, so weather in the lower 20s is a common culprit.

A garage door should last 30 years, give or take, before it needs replacing, so your panels should last for around that long as well. However, you should replace your garage door panels sooner if the door doesn’t function smoothly if one of the panels gets visibly damaged, or if an issue with a panel is creating a security issue.
