"We had an excellent “remodeling” experience with Zohar! Zohar came over to discuss our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling project - he listened, was courteous, gave us many options, gave us an estimate and time frame for the entire work. We found him to be slightly on the pricier side, but we would hire them again in a heartbeat! Absolutely worth each and every penny! Zohar showed up on a regular basis to make sure all was on track and was available any time we had a question/concern. He walks with you through the whole project and is in constant communication. He then gives you a 3D version photo, with the tiles you select so you can see what your kitchen and bathrooms will look like before even starting - super cool. Zohar would also approve any purchases to ensure everything would fit properly (vanity, mirror, toilet, shower fixtures). Was very comforting to have someone available to assure that all your purchases would work out. Zohar’s team was great–they know their stuff — he knows what he’s doing! All the guys were very polite, respectful of my privacy, and cleaned up every day. The work finished on time, and we were so pleased that the project cost exactly what Zohar quoted. When it came time to install, Ran and his crew did an above and beyond job working with our uneven floors and ceiling. Working on the smallest details to get them just right, and all with a smile! "The inspection done by Octagon Roofing Co Inc. didn't seem like it was thorough. I would have preferred him to go over everything with me. I had to basically ask questions, which  he did answer. In the end, he did what he was supposed to do. They call it a 52 point inspection and basically, it's a xeroxed copy of a check-off list, is what it is. He literally just checked each thing and then "They you go." It's just funny. I find it not to be as much of an inspection and analysis as I would have hoped, that's all. He did have some kind of measurement tape thing that he did and that he looked at. So, that's the only thing. He got here early, but I didn't own the home yet, so I was trying to schedule it to be at a certain time and he got here about 15 minutes early. I don't think that anybody should charge for a roof inspection."
