I have a home in the Victor Valley but live out of state as a missionary pastor in a rural community. When our Victor Valley home needed the two 29-year-old single panel garage doors replaced I trusted in the solid reviews of Clinton and Oak Hills Garage Door Service. My garage door springs broke on a Saturday, I called their phone number and Clinton called me back about 20 minutes later, he finished the work within two hours of first contacting him, I am very satisfied with the timing, price and workmanship of the installation. After contacting 4 different companies, Clinton was the only one who responded in a timely manner. He was also the only one who actually came over to look at what I needed and give me a precise estimate. The others asked a few questions over the phone or via text about the work I needed, door type and size, etc. then gave me estimates that were 30-40% higher than what Clinton gave me. First off Clinton (Owner) and Brandon (his assistant) are GOOD PEOPLE; by that I mean they are honest, competent, professional and stand behind their work. Put it this way - I added an extra $25.00 to the bill because I was that impressed with both the work and the people doing it. We needed the coil springs replaced; we initially called a different company from a sticker on the garage door who said they would call back with an estimate - never happened. So we called Clinton and he came out to look at the job and called back a day latter with a REASONABLE price. Clinton and Brandon came to the house and despite having installed two new garage doors earlier that day and being very tired (I'm sure) went above and beyond to ensure that the proper springs were installed (the original springs were not the proper ones). The next day one of the bottom rollers came off the rail (nothing to do with their work; it had some funky spring caused the problem). Anyway Clinton came out removed the weird spring (no charge) and now the door works better then it ever has. Thanks Clinton and Brandon!!

I explained my problem, and he was able to determine what needed to be done..He also gave me a quote which was very reasonable. The repair was completed in about 6 hours from the time I requested service. I'm very pleased with everything..

Received a call back quickly and explained the problem over the phone. Clint immediately knew what the issue was and assured me I didn't have to replace the motor. Arrived the same day and completed the work quickly. I spoke with another company the same day but wasn't provided with the same customer service that I was provide with by oak hills garage door service.
