Recently, the condo association had the buildings painted and I couldn't get the bedroom screen or window to properly close after they finished. "Daniel called me the day after I put in my crown molding job on Home Advisor and came out two days later to give me a bid. I hired him after his bid was half that of another I had received. He was prompt and on time for both the bid and the actual job. His crew was courteous and professional and the job was done within the time frame he gave me. The only glitch was we had a miscommunication about painting the crown molding. I thought we discussed that they would caulk and fill in the nail holes and paint, however, the painting was not included. I should have been more clear with my expectations- I'm a newbie at this.
