"Victor, Anado, Joaquin and Isaac did were wonderful.  They efficiently packed and loaded my furnishings securely and efficiently.  They completed the job within the designated time.  Upon arriving at my new home, they placed and assembled all furnishings exactly as I asked them to do.  It was amazing how they knew how to get large pieces of furniture through doors and down hallways without a single scratch on walls or furnishings. They were friendly and professional.  Introduced themselves, answered my questions, cautioned me on items I packed myself and secured those items I did not pack myself.  Immediately upon completing the job I was asked to speak to their supervisor regarding their performance.  There was not a delay or survey sent out later.  I will hire this company again when I find my permanent home soon.  Thanks Guys.

"A 4-ton SEER 13 single-speed compressor and corresponding single-speed air mover was replaced with a SEER 21 with a two stage compressor and variable speed air mover. Everything could not have gone any smoother. The various specialists came on time with little gap between one completing and the next one starting. The basic installation, consisting of system leak test, removing the old system and installing the new system was completed in 5 hours. A subsequent duct cleaning, new pressure test and QC audit was equally efficiently done. All workers were polite, professional and cleaned up any dropped installation. All packing and the old system was removed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."

They handled it of total care and stored it in our garage with all the very long trim pieces for installation next day.
