"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"The cleaning crew is okay with cleaning the house. However, they did not clean areas behind doors. They are suppose to be here for 3 hours, but you'll be lucky if you can get two out of them. The last crew showed us a range of 11 - 12:30 and said that this was how long they were to spend. In fact, this was the range of when they were to arrive. The management makes promises they can't keep. We have been overcharged for less than the amount of time we were promised. We are going to look for someone else. We won't use this service again.

We will be booking again soon !!! Again thank you so much ??"

"Pedro came within the timeframe that was scheduled. At first I was taken aback since I was not expecting a male, but he quickly put my mind at ease by his mannerisms and professionalism...a very nice, personable young man. He went above and beyond my expectations...even my daughter was amazed at how thorough he was in cleaning our house. He was very efficient and not afraid of working hard to get the job done. I would definite recommend them for any cleaning service needed. I was so impressed by the job Pedro did along with his attention to detail that I have decided to have April’s Cleaning/Pedro clean our house on a regular basis. Thanks for a job well done, Pedro."

"Very timely and efficient. Made use of every space while offering new solutions. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others."
