The first time it failed inspection since a cut-off valve was not installed (and we had requested a cut-off valve). After the work was done, we didnâ t think about it - but all the pilot lights for our hot water heater, heater, and fireplaces should have been reset prior to his leaving. Otherwise, it was a great job."

"These guys were outstanding. The install took a little longer than expected as they didn't bring a high altitude kit for the furnace and had to drive from Flagstaff to Phoenix to pick one up. While this left us without heat for the night, we were offered a hotel or space heaters which they went to Walmart to pick up 3 for our family to use during the night, which was very much appreciated. With the exception of that delay, the work was exemplary. We had both a furnace and a/c install. It was done efficiently and with care. Any mess was completely cleaned before departure.
