We also decided to replace all the counter tops the granite and Re-new provided great guidance with their granite vendors on the proper selection of color and type. Communication was superior with Re-new with periodic updates on the project progress and coordination of the various trades that were to show up at our house. The owners of the business, Robert and Arlette Lenzi are a pleasure to work with and take a personal involvement in the entire process. Communication with their office staff, both Joe and Emily did a superior job with keeping us up-to-date with all the moving pieces of our project. We would highly recommend Re-new if you are considering completing a refacing project."

"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."
