"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

"What started out as a bathroom remodel turned out to be an entire house remodel. I am so very pleased with the end product. New England Upgrades surpassed my expectations. "If I could give negative stars I would. ABA was the most dishonest and worst company I have ever worked with. Their work is pure garbage. We had to hire a different company to come in and fix all their mistakes including plumbing and electrical (leaking shower into the garage, body sprayers not working, water leaking under sinks, had to rewire the kitchen, lights placed in the wrong location, wrong gauged wire used for electrical, toilets not mounted correctly, tiles cracking in the showers, grounds not used for electrical components, overloading breaker and the list goes on. It has been a complete nightmare. They have horrible organizational skills and could never keep track of what was going on or who was coming on what day. Joe does a great job at showing up to collect money, but not to make sure the work is being done correctly. My advise: save yourself the headache, time, and horrible workmanship and go with a different company. We had to get the ROC involved. "

"Mr. Corona and his crew have done at least five large remodeling projects for my wife and me. We have two properties and he has done work at both locations. We have at least one more major project and we plan on hiring his company to do the work. His work ethics are solidly established and we trust him."
