"I moved into my house in 1995. There was all ready an in-ground (plaster) pool when we moved in. It had been built in 1990 by Sylvan Pools. The pool was beautiful until around 2010. There were a couple of spots at the bottom of the steps where the re-bar was showing through. So, I decided to have it re-plastered in 2012. I thought they did a good job, at first. The last day the worker, who put water into the pool, left a stain. Okay, I put up with that. Soon after, I tried to turn on the pool light & it didn't come on. It was flooded with water. Okay again, since I never use the pool light. But, starting about 3-4 years ago my pool has started to get more & more stains in it. We live in Phoenix Arizona. We don't close our pool & the pump is run everyday. This year we have had a terrible time with algae. While dealing with it I'm finding more & more hairline cracks in the plaster. "The original pool looked great for 20+ years. This one maybe 4 or 5 years. ""ADEQUATE"" seems" "to be the ""norm"" anymore.""

"Let me begin by saying how good it was to do business with Kent, Edgar and his crew. It was the best home improvement I have ever received. Kent is a professional with tremendous knowledge of his services. He was prompt, courteous and service focused and pleasure to do business with. Now I will talk about the services: Popcorn removal: The Beehive method of popcorn removal is clean and required a minimum of furniture movement. The finish that was applied to the ceilings was well done and the painting was excellent. Clean, minimum work for me to move furniture and an excellent job on the new ceiling treatment.... I think that says it all. Electrical: At my request, Ken made several recommendations for lighting improvements. The recommendations were sound and my wife and I said OK. The results changed our kitchen dramatically.... wow the right lighting made a significant improvement to our kitchen. Ken also recommended a novel approach to reading lights in our Master Bedroom and it has been wonderful, excellent light and the ability to adjust light levels and individually select lights is the way to go. The lighting solution's required drywall work in both the kitchen and the master bedroom. The repair of the drywall was very well done and there is zero sign that work has been done. Ken and his team also replaced every outlet and switch in the entire house to give it a fresh look that would go with our painting and replace fixtures that were 30 yrs old. Interior Painting: Ken and his crew repainted every square inch of our house including the doors. The quality of the work was excellent and very clean. We stayed in our house during the work and the crew was very good at cleaning up daily. The work was done in a timely fashion with high quality. Trust: My wife and I had complete trust in the crew with respect to leaving them in the house and having them lock up when they were finished. Other than a few key items, I left everything else in place. I had no issues what so ever. Summary: Each aspect of the extensive work that Ken and his crew did was excellent. Beehive turned the interior of the house dramatically..... it feels like we are in a new home. Ken and his crew were very easy to work with and professional. The quality of the service was excellent and I felt like it was competitively/fairly priced"

"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

"Joe gave me an estimate we decided on what was far and he began the job, they found that some of the existing wall were week and were not supported by studs, so we worked out a price to get these wall an ceiling fixed they had a lot of that. once done we worked out a price to get closet doors hung and base trim along with framing windows, they did an excellent job.

"Service provider was on time, was professional and courteous.  They informed us the inspection would take 2 hours and we didn't have to come until the last 15 minutes, but my husband wanted to be there for the whole thing and see the inspection.  The inspector was very tolerant of my husband following him around for the inspection, questioning every single thing the inspector looked at, and answered all of his questions.  He was very thorough, there was no part of the house or property he did not inspect.  If there was something he could not inspect for one reason or another he made note of it and we were aware of it.  He provided the report via e-mail before the day was over.  The one and only thing I would have liked and did not receive was a printed color copy of the report.  I understand I was sent an electronic copy immediately and that was helpful, but I would have appreciated a printed color copy mailed to me a few days after the fact.  He took a million pictures, and I do not have a color printer, and much is lost in those pictures when they are printed black and white.  I understand I can go to an office supply and have a color copy printed, but it would be nice if they included one as part of the service.  But, if I buy any houses in the future I will use NPI again, I was very happy with their service and their price.  Thank you so much.
