"I discovered a water leak in my laundry room under the sink that caused significant water damage to the sink, floors and walls. there was also visible mold. I called White Mountain Restoration and they came and treated the damaged area and did the mold clean up. They got it back to the original condition, keeping me informed along the way. "Cameron responded within minutes of submitting my inquiry. He & Eric and their whole crew were professional and quick to come begin the mold removal & drying the water damage in our house. The whole process took 6 days and they were great at keeping us updated and checking in at our convenience. As an additional sign of their courtesy, we have a dog undergoing medical treatment and needed to be kept calm. Eric & Cameron were courteous enough to call us to notify they had arrived instead of ringing the doorbell and exciting the dog. They are the example of excellent customer service!
