They also put in the piping for a sprinkler system that they will do in the summer for the sod, which they will put in. They were very professional! We had a full resurface done to our pool and after consultation with Cassie we visited their company site and they had displays with the majority of all the choices in material they provide for resurfacing. Then the whole plan started to be executed. The onsite Project Manager kept us informed and comfortable with every step in the process. They came back and patched several time. After about 3 years, I was told they had to replace the cool deck at the cost of $2800. They patched until I was out of the warranty period."

It’s possible to pour concrete if the temperatures are expected to dip below freezing at night, but you need to take some special precautions before you do. Concrete should not be poured directly over grass, as this will impede the necessary tension of the concrete. Grass and soil can draw in moisture, leading to potential cracking. For a solid, lasting foundation, the area must be flat, firm, and completely dry.

While some areas may allow for a slope of up to 20%, this is often the maximum slope for driveways, with a few exceptions of up to 25%. Other regions may have a maximum of 12%, 15%, or 18%, so check with your local building department to ensure you’re laying a driveway that is up to code for your location.
