"Nothing but a positive experience from Aaron Trail.  Very easy to communicate with.  Very prompt, kept all appointments.  The new paint looks amazing and just the colors we selected.  All stucco repairs that were made were blended so well, there is no way to tell where the original issues were!  I already have recommended them to friends and family, I will continue to do so.  Very happy with Aaron Trail!  "

"He was the general contractor for the project and sent out a painter. I had requested for a seam between the two rooms to be fixed and that was my main concern. The painter really didn’t do what I asked him. He then offered to come back out to fix everything. We fixed some of it ourselves, but the painter did end up having someone else to fix it. The general contractor did offer us Price cut because of all the problems. I would never use the painter again. However, he made right on everything. They were very apologetic and nice on the phone, I just wasn’t happy with the recommendation on the painter."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can seal an old concrete floor as long as you remove stains and repair damage before sealing. Remove everything from the garage and clear the floor throughout with a concrete cleaner and power washing. Fill in cracks larger than 1/8 of an inch wide and remove all grease and rust stains before sealing. Make sure your concrete is fully dried before applying sealer.

If your garage floor is heavily soiled or stained, then it’s a good idea to powerwash it with a concrete cleaner before sealing. This process will remove dirt and debris to help the new sealer bond to the concrete properly, and it will also improve the look of your sealed garage floor. After power washing your floor, make sure you let the concrete dry completely before applying sealant, usually for 24 to 48 hours.

It costs between $600 and $8,400 to stain an average-size concrete patio of around 300 square feet. The wide price range accounts for intricate stains that incorporate multiple colors and stenciling, high-end sealers, and special touches, such as stamping or concrete polishing. Prices can also vary if you need to make multiple repairs to your patio before adding the stain and seal.

Self-leveling compound usually requires up to 24 hours to dry before you can begin installing tile. It’s best to follow the instructions on the self-leveling product label for appropriate dry time. If you’re still not sure, play it safe and give the self-leveling compound two days to dry before you begin the tiling process.

The best type of paint for concrete exterior surfaces like concrete porches, steps, or walkways is high-quality exterior-grade paint with strong weather resistance. Acrylic latex blends with tiny anti-slip particles will help create an anti-slip coating for your concrete porch. This type of paint will stand up best to the elements, especially rain, snow, and ice. An exterior epoxy will also help strengthen your concrete porch.
