Overall Labor price was the best around town in Tucson very happy with what I paid him very affordable and he was willing to work with me. Showed up on time everyday very professional took is time each day to show me and walk me through the progress he accomplished explained to me daily what he was doing. Even took time to teach me tricks of the trade and showed me what it takes to be the best Contractor out there. I can't stress it enough very good hearted and trusted contractor very professional and really went over every little detail he was going to do I wouldn't hire anyone else ever. He even took time to explain who he was and his background and years of experience. I couldn't ask for a better person to have at my home. "The tech service people were tremendous. Both were very friendly, courteous and professional. The only problem I had was in setting the service appointment up with the telephone operator. She was difficult to understand and insisted that I had an electric dryer when it is actually a gas dryer. I also noted that the service tech for the dryer needed a lift to remove the dryer and the first service tech did not have a lift but arranged for a different service tech with a lift to come to my home to actually service the dryer."

"My husband took a 3 piece set of furniture in to get repaired and resrained as close to the original as possible, a 3 peice vanity. The wood was in good shape (except the bench top), but the original glue had failed from a move, and it needed to be put back together. It was also quite a bit dusty from being in the garage. Well, that's the only part they sorta kinda did ok at. The top fell off at the location during pickup they just screwed it back on and said its good. Why wasn't it good before pickup? You can see cracks between the wood pieces where they reglued them together. There is wood filler that they didn't even try to blend in! The stain is what I'm most upset about! They tried to claim there were splatters all over one side, but I have pictures from the day it was dropped off, and that was intact false! They were just trying to cover for something they messed up. They stained over moving stickers, so I know they didn't prep for staining at all!!! There are fingerprints in the fresh stain! There are stain drips from too much product being applied at once! The three pieces dont match in color. They are close but not matching as they should have been for the price paid! This vanity set hadnt been redone in anyway exept for what they had done to it, it was completely the original pieces We tried contacting them via email as we had been doing the entire time they had the 3 piece vanity, and we have yet to get a response after several emails!!!! If it's a piece you care about, which I do as my late grandfather gave me this set that he had purchased new in the 60s, then please DO NOT trust these people to restore anything!!!! These people are far from professional! If I could attach the pictures to this review I would!"
