I called first and was greeted nicely by Adrian Ceja I explained to him what happen to me by another company while my car was being worked on, which was that in the process of having my car worked on by another company my front driver seat was ripped. I asked Adrian if he could give me an estimate on how much it cost to repair the rip in the seat. He said to come on by and he would take a look at it. Adrian Ceja was very professional very polite and explained everything to me and quoted me a fair price. I went back the same day in the afternoon and my front driver seat was repaired in 45mins the same day. I was grateful and the work was exceptional, you couldn't even tell that there was a rip in that seat at all. I was so pleased that I found a family-owned company that showed so much concern for myself and my car. I would highly recommend Sonny's Upholstery to anyone who is looking for that one on one customer service which is so hard to find these days. Thank you so much Mr. Adrian Ceja for making a bad situation into a wonderful success. I look forward to sending you friends and family your way.
