They set up painter cloth and plastic covers to protect my furniture and carpets. They were very patient with my kid and cats. "We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work. "Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
"The ad stated that furniture would be moved except electronics and beds. Very little was moved. Even the floor lamps were not moved to clean under them. There was an area next to the front living room windows that was not vaccumed nor cleaned and this area was easily accessible. We received a 37 cent discount by being a member of Angie's list!! The areas they cleaned were done well; I was disappointed that almost nothing was moved. "
"Very well. The girl on the phone was very nice and took the information and sent out service person to measure The window came in and they called to set-up time to install. The installer was nice and did a good job making sure all old broken glass was cleaned up so my grandson did not get hurt. I am very happy and will recomend to anyone who needs glass repaired."

"I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips.
