"We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work. He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done. He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. I would highly recommend Jim and will definitely use his services in the future, as needed. "
"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
"The ad stated that furniture would be moved except electronics and beds. Very little was moved. Even the floor lamps were not moved to clean under them. There was an area next to the front living room windows that was not vaccumed nor cleaned and this area was easily accessible. We received a 37 cent discount by being a member of Angie's list!! The areas they cleaned were done well; I was disappointed that almost nothing was moved. "

I had ten scheduled appointments with them. I always tried to listen to the technician so I could pass along information to the next. I wish they would relay the information back to American Home Shield. It got to the point where I purchased two window units to keep us cool.
