Initial service request submitted on 7/4/17 and as of 7/24/17 the AC unit has not been repaired. I indicated "No" on the question above about money paid only because this is going through my home warranty and I would not know if the home warranty has made any payments to this contractor.

If the nail hits a joist, you'll feel increased resistance. Mark the spot with a pencil. Repeat this process regularly along the ceiling, 16 or 24 inches apart, until you've mapped out the joist locations.
