PHD LLC

I had a terrible experience with PHD, LLC plumbing service. I called them when I had an on-demand water heater that was not working. They could not figure out the problem! After 3 visits and $ 950 of charges we discovered it was merely a propane gas supply line was undersized, which I tried to suggest to them initially! Likely a $ 250 fix at most! I cannot recommend this business. They are unqualified to do the job. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and arrogantly rude!!!

We give PHD our highest recommendation. All of the personnel were pleasant, prompt, professional and knowledegable. They were careful to isolate the work area to avoid contamination, they were as quiet as possible and their work was precise and well done. Their price was reasonable for the amount of work required.

They showed up when they said they would and did a nice clean job.

I have using them, long before they were PhD plumbing! I started using them when they were foothills plumbing... I've been using them since January 1996. And in all those years I have never had a problem with the service performed by this business!!! I highly recommend this company. They are a local company, and truly care about their customers!!! Kudos to all those who have come out to my home and done such a fantastic job all the years!!!

The workers were very good and the pricing was very good.

We had off white Formica counter tops in the kitchen: PHD converted the Formica counter tops with their restoration products into a beautiful brown with the appearance of being granite, this cost approximately $1000.00. Estimates for new Formica counter tops and Corian, ran over $2400.00. This was all done with a spraying technique. We have seen this product used before, a few years ago, and it still looks as good today as before. The bathroom shower (which was a standard white fiberglass shower) was done with the same method using a two tone effect. It looks like a whole new bathroom. This cost approximately 750.00 which is a fraction of what it would cost to have a new shower installed.
The job was done by Dan of PHD and his work is impeccable. He is very meticulous. All areas are covered with plastic and taped so that there are no over sprays or spills.
We are not associated with this company or personally know anyone who works for this company. We were just very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship, as well as the cost. We highly recommend Dan.

These guys are great! This is the third time I have had them come out and the guys are just the nicest and most polite. They are really thorough. The first time I called them they were recommended to me by a friend who had them reglaze their bathrub. I was so impressed that I have used them ever since. Always a pleasure.

I wanted my old hot water heater fixed. I would not have any hot water available because the unit was not igniting or staying lit. I found out later that it may have been the flow of gas to the water heater. He did not use the measurement device to check the flow. I am pretty disappointed in that. I purchased a very expensive water heater and I feel the first one could have been repaired. It may have just been the gas source and not the water heater at all.

They were very good and took the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. Their prices were more then fair better then alot of others I contacted. I feel the quality of work was great too. Will definately use them in the furture.
