Job went as anticipated. Schedule was about as promised. The few minor changes required after the job was initiated seemed priced fairly.

They did a beautiful job on both parts of the project. The wall texture on the closets matches the existing walls perfectly and the closets and soffit look as if they have always been there. The kitchen project involved moving the frig water line, granite counter, granite backsplash, porcelain floor tile- and you can't tell that it was not that way when the house was built- it's beautifully done. Their workmanship is outstanding and it was a pleasure to deal with them. We feel the price was extremely fair, the finished product is exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased.

The whole experience of putting together my closet was positive. Tracey is bright, personable and efficient. She had a closet layout to me within 2 days of our initial meeting. It was brilliant; I had all the drawers that I asked for (right down to the depth), a section for long hanging clothes, cabinet storage and double clothes bars. She was open to discussing any and all changes that I wanted to make. She promptly e-mailed updated plans, and also coached me if my changes seemed be ill-advised. Tracey took the worry and effort out of closet planning. I was so impressed by the whole experience.

Mr. Workman is very nice and prompt to give an estimate and get to work. Work lasted a bit longer than originally stated. Mr Workman volunteered a lot of his time to get the wall ready to install. When I inquired him about work precision (not always to the millimeter but I am an annoying perfectionnist), he made sure he would fix it and that I would be happy with the work. (We had to lift garage door a bit for closet door to open, one door was a bit off). The thing I was confused about was that I did not realize those closets had no back panels, they come directly against the wall, so since I had ugly grey bricks as a back panels, George asked me buy some paint and he painted the wall at no cost for me so closets would look nicer, he bought more paint as well. He offered me to help on hauling junk at no cost but I ended up taking care of it. We had a little car incident issue but he was very up front and helped resolve the issue. He asked one of his partner (really with whom I had a car issue) to fix a door for me but even though the work is ok, it was slow to be completed. That person was not comfortable with me telling me that "I act annoyed" on an email, so I decided to finish part of the work myself. My dogs can push the door open now (the door that his partner fixed), they used not to be able to and George ended up finishing the job which he did well. So just stick to the closet deal and you should be happy. Over all my garage looks much better now.
