Horrible. Tech always came as he wanted and never let us know when he was going to show up. 9 days he worked and the workmanship is incomplete and not good condition. We had to pay 1/2 up front for this project and it took 3 weeks to "receive" parts even though they are everything day items at Home Depot. The worker has drilled holes into our brick pillars and removed panels from the side of the wall which now exposes the home. We had to pay an additional $1,000.00 which is required in Mesa AZ for any addition and i had to do research only to find one was NEVER purchased. was promised 2 different times that this would take a week and it was never completed. Constantly had to reach out for updates on anything and never received responses. Tech did not make contact with us for 2 weeks which he abandoned the job. Try to reach out to the owner SEVERAL time through email and also phone, did not hear back. In the email we explained what has been going on and that we have requested a refund ( we would pay for the parts that have been purchased but we are wanting 6,000.00 back since the job was abandoned. We received a email only that mentioned the worker is excellent and claims that everything was a miscommunication. Even stated that the permit was a mis communication when we TOLD THEM multiple times we needed to have it. We still have not heard anything. We have filed a complaint with ROC and a investigation has begun. We do not want this company back on our property what so ever. The no communication, job abandonment and have no permit has left us in a state of stress.

I hired Joshua Drake from Ibarra Drake Construction LLC on 6/19/2025 and the job was to start with permits and he never filed with Apache County any permits. Never submitted plans. His email on 7/1/2025 says The foundation Drawings will go out for permit today. I called Linda from Permit Dept today says she never heard of him and no permits were applied for under my name or his company name. So today the property was to be escalated, leveled and get ready for concrete, rebar etc to erect the garage soon after. He abandoned the job. In addition he kept my Phase 1 Deposit of 32, 677. 32. He will not return my money. I think this is FRAUD and he knew what he was doing all along. RUN

Every step of the process, from the initial contact and quote to the completion of the project, was handled professionally and quickly. I love my new kitchen and look forward to working with them again for the next upgrade!
