From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. I've replaced water heaters, faucets, dishwashers, washers and driers. Doors, windows, pet doors, and skylights are familiar to me. Various kinds of fencing, gates, and pet containment.
