"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. "This was an experiment for me in use of an interior designer online. THe consultant was helpful in directing me to useful websites to review products and encouraged me to look widely and that was useful. Otherwise I found it difficult to use her services. The online aspect is one reason - looking at colors, e.g. wall colors and considering them for a particular space is difficult to do given than monitors and lighting change the look of things. Also, one cannot get the sense of e dimensional space from 2 dimensional tools In addition, she was only allowed to advise me on one room and I have an open space that includes living, dining and kitchen areas, all of which had to be considered together. It was frustrating that she was not allowed to think about the other spaces when I had to think about all of them together. The designer pushed me to choose a rug before choosing living room furniture but I preferred to choose the furniture first as it is more difficult to replace. She was not able to be flexible on this account. Also, when I did not seem interested in buying through their service she seemed to loose interest. It often took several days for the consultant to get back to me. That is the area where I most fault the individual as opposed to the set up of online consulting. In the end, I made my own choices and am happy with them. The experience gave me more confidence in my own instincts. "

"The replacement of wood trim and gutters went well and the work that was done I had no complaints with at all. However Tim is undoubtedly the most disorganized business owner I have ever dealt with. He twice forgot the Angie's list deal when estimating the work. He asked me why I had not returned his messages by using a "reply" to an e-mail notifying him that i would be out of town for a week. Finally He actually left town without finishing the work (an AC replacement and garbage removal that he promised me would be accomplished) leaving a $5000+ job on the table without notifying me. He is a very personable man but I would not use him unless he got professional attention to the disorganization he shows."
