"We had an addition project where the GC died near the end. There was a minor structural issue that remained and needed to stucco/restucco the original structure and addition. Tony and his crew came to the rescue. The finished the structural elements and stuccoed the entire structure. In less then a week (with Christmas in the middle), the Fiano crew completed everything despite the weather. The original estimate was nearly 3 weeks. Several subsequent trades has commented on the quality of the stucco job. So it is not just me viewpoint on the quality of Fiano's work."

"I am giving 5 stars all across the board because (1) a friend recently had his house painted and highly recommended them; (2) the price was comparable with quotes received from other contractors; (3) Alex and James were professional, friendly and extremely patient & prompt with answers to questions I had (and there were a lot) (4) the paint crew was on time, professional, courteous/friendly and considerate of my property and outside items (furniture, grills, potted plants, etc.) and (5) everyone made this a pleasant, seamless project compared with recent projects we've had done. The crew was in our backyard and I went to tell them to just paint around a small shed against the house that I couldn't move. To my surprise, they moved it and that part of the house was already painted! They also removed & re-installed our solar screens when I thought they would just cover them. Their crew's system was so well executed that everything (taping, caulking, scraping/priming, painting, touching up and cleaning up) was totally completed within 7 hours which, I believe, included a lunch break. A&J Keith Painting also repairs cracks/stucco if needed and does not water down paint unlike other contractors, which I can confirm is true because I was home and periodically checked on the progress of the crew. Also, the crew was not noisy, didn't play loud music, knocked on the front door when they needed something and were super polite. Needless to say, we are totally pleased overall. "Dany painted the entire exterior of my house and the baseboards, casings, and doors on the inside. One team worked on the outside while another worked on the inside. The outside team caulked at the bottom of the stucco walls, primed the foundation, repaired cracks in the stucco, and did an excellent job with the painting. I wanted the outside work done by mid-April and they were able to fit me in. The inside team did a really good job painting the baseboards and the casings. They also spray painted the doors. I wanted the inside work done with an ultra-high quality paint and in high-gloss. Dany got and used the exact paint I wanted. The inside work looks really good. I am happy with the exterior and interior work that they did. Both inside and outside work was done at the same time and completed in about a week. The painters were nice. Dany's price was competitive. I am going to hire them again because I have a few other jobs that need to be done."
