We had a leak in the attic from the air conditioning which created mold and finally damaged the dry wall. 911 Restoration came diagnosed the problem, did the mold remediation and testing and then the dry wall repair. Their response to our call was quick and the work was done in a timely...
The repair went well. The technician explained what went wrong and what he needed to do. He was done in 30 minutes. He also performed a check and lubrication of the door assembly. I was pleased with his work and helpful attitude.
They have great follow up. I was told by the owner that he didn't care if he got my business, as long as my heat exchanger was repaired. It was life or death, really, because carbon monoxide was leaking into my home. He even had to go purchase special equipment to test the amount of carbon...
